- We guarantee that we can beat any price you find online and we're even ready to offer you a 120% lowest price guarantee!
- As hotel prices can change frequently, you must contact us promptly by email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Your email should include the following information: your name, and the website where the lower rate is available to give us a option.
- The guarantee only applies in respect of a lower rate that is available for online booking. The lower online rate must be bookable when we validate your claim, within the 24 hour period, screen shots will not be accepted as proof.
- The lower rate must be found online for the same room type at the same hotel as booked through q1resort.com.au book Q1 on the same check-in and check-out dates.
- The lower rate must be in the same currency.
- We will only match the difference between our rate and the lower rate if your reservation through q1resort.com.au is completed and paid, and not cancelled.
- "Lowest rate guarantee" does not apply to flights, car hire or package holidays.
